Two minor design changes can be made free of charge during the construction of your set. Any major reworks or large redesigns will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour. Images will be sent to you for approval during the creation of your bouquets, unless you ordered based on one of our designs or ordered 3 months or less before the wedding date due to high volume. (This is especially true during our peak months of July through February.)

Change of mind returns or refunds will not be accepted.

If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, troubleshooting methods will be provided to help you resolve the issue. There are no refunds if the bouquets do not meet your expectations.
